A joint venture company in the automotive and telecommunications industry was looking for ways to implement new business models within its existing technical infrastructure (inside-out approach).<\/p>\n
The technical performance capacity of the existing infrastructure and legal framework conditions were analyzed and then used to develop several different business models. For certain business models, BDS analyzed the competitive situation, identified the relevant drivers in the competition and developed various competition scenarios.<\/p>\n
One business model was developed in detail in the form of a business blueprint. This process included, among other things, drafting an organizational and operational structure as well as creating a business plan including a sensitivity analysis. BDS compiled the project results in the form of a decision draft for the respective company’s board of directors.<\/p>\n

Ein strategischer Investor mit diversifiziertem Portfolio (unter anderem Handelsunternehmen) war auf der Suche nach neuen Investitionsm\u00f6glichkeiten. In einem Vorprojekt wurden intern bereits aus einer Vielzahl von M\u00f6glichkeiten anhand unterschiedlicher Kriterien (z.B. ethische Richtlinien, Vereinbarkeit mit der Unternehmensphilosophie) verschiedene Optionen definiert.<\/p>\r\n
BDS wurde gebeten, drei dieser Optionen zu bewerten. Die Bewertung der Optionen startete mittels quantitativer Analysen der Marktgr\u00f6\u00dfen und des Marktpotentiales, welche durch Experteninterviews gest\u00fctzt wurden. Anschlie\u00dfend wurden die wichtigsten Marktteilnehmer sowie das Wettbewerbsumfeld analysiert. Ausgew\u00e4hlte Marktteilnehmer (potentielle \u00dcbernahmekandidaten) wurden einer Detailbetrachtung unterzogen.<\/p>\r\n
