BDS – Business Development and Services Profile.

Founded in 2008, the management consultancy BDS – Business Development and Services supports customers around the world. Our core competences are business and company development as well as optimizing development opportunities for expanding companies.

We support our clients in an advisory function or act as interim managers in which we take on management responsibility in the line. BDS employees demonstrate their expertise every day in international projects for leading companies.

For us, business development means individual advice. There are no standard processes that can be applied equally in all business-related situations. Successful business development is based on a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach. Creativity and the willingness to question existing thought patterns and to face new and unexpected challenges combined with an analytic approach are important aspects of our consulting services.
