Coordinate company mergers.

In many cases, a merger with or an acquisition of a company is a critical step when targeting a market entry or further developing a company’s strategy.

BDS acts as well-rounded expert that conducts a detailed strategic assessment of the planned acquisition (strategic due diligence). This includes for example an in-depth analysis of the market environment (customers, market development and competitors) as well as the evaluation or creation of business plans.

In the role of a generalist, BDS coordinates the various parties involved (such as lawyers, banks, tax advisors) and also oversees the project management office (PMO). Among other things, this requires integrated project planning and management as well as preparing, conducting and following up on status meetings and management committees.
